Dina Rana
Director and Senior Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Dina is the Managing Director of the CJ White Group and has worked with CJ White Group since it was founded. She has been working in the Financial Services sector since 2007. Dina specialises in new build and Help to Buy mortgages and has great feedback from all of her clients. Dina takes pride in explaining the process and keeping her clients up to date with the progress of their applications. She is passionate about high standards of customer service.
Dina specialises in financial protection provisions for all types of clients. She is passionate about taking the holistic approach to meeting clients needs and requirements.
Finally Dina has listened to her Clients’ demands and has finally now extended her services to head up the commercial Division, where she can now arrange finances for commercial market.
Outside of work, Dina loves spending time with family and friends and is passionate about cooking.

Vinesh Kotecha
Senior Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Vinesh has worked in Financial services since 2004 and joined CJ White Group in March 2023. Vinesh brings a wealth of experience with him and has a proven track record in the Mortgage Industry. Working for over 5+ years in a large corporate industry as a Regional Financial Trainer developing competent Mortgage Advisers. His passion about customer service and helping peoples dreams comes true makes his services extra special.
His Attention to detail & client care whilst working on cases is outstanding. He specialises in First time buyers, Remortgages and Home Mover.
Outside of work, Vinesh enjoys spending time at the gym, long walks and spend quality time with his family and his kids.

Rachel Riley
Practice Manager and Senior Mortgage & Protection Adviser
Rachel has worked in Financial Services since 2005 gaining a great amount of experience in Shared Ownership schemes, New Build properties, Help to Buy purchases and Help to Buy re-mortgages.
Rachel is known for building lasting relationships with her clients, looking after them through all of their re-mortgage and insurance needs.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her little cheeky 5yr old son and hubby, holidays and doesn’t miss opportunities for weekend away breaks in-between.
