From brief to signed, in three considered steps

A methodical, discreet process built around how finance teams actually hire. No mystery, no CV storms, no pressure tactics.

I.

Mandate and brief

A structured 45-minute intake. We capture the role scope, qualification bar, sector experience required, comp band, reporting line and the timeline. You receive a written brief for sign-off before we start.

II.

Search, screen, present

We approach our network and the active market discreetly, screen for qualification currency and sector fit, verify comp expectations and references, and present a ranked shortlist of three to five candidates with our written notes on each.

III.

Offer and settlement

We manage the interview process, coordinate feedback discreetly, structure the offer, handle counter-offer conversations and confirm start-date logistics. Follow-up check-ins at day 30 and day 90.
